Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
Under NO circumstances will Straker issue a refund on software where the unlock code has already been sent to the customer.
Straker goes to great lengths to produce a demo version for customers to trail and make an informed purchasing decision. Before deciding to purchase our software, please be sure to download, install, and test-drive the demo versions that we provide. You are expected to be satisfied with the product before purchasing.
Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies. Therefore under NO circumstances will Straker issue a refund on software where the unlock code has already been sent to the customer. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Before submitting your order, you must confirm that you do agree to the above conditions by checking an "I accept" checkbox.
Delivery Policy
All software purchased through Straker Interactive’s online store will be delivered only via electronic download. Within 1 business day of purchase, Straker Interactive will send an email to the email address provided by the customer including a username, password and instructions for downloading the software.

Straker Interactive respects your right to privacy. Straker is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with this privacy policy and the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993.
We do not sell or supply information about any of our customers, to any other parties, for any reason (other than the specific events detailed below).
If you purchase one of our software licenses Straker Interactive will collect and store the information you divulge for the purposes of:
- being able to provide you with goods and services
- protecting our intellectual property rights and those of our licensors
- maintaining our accounting and credit records
- communicating with you on matters to do with your license or subscription

We also collect information in the course of tracking usage of the site.
